Obituary of Gerald E. Jackman

GERALD E. "JERRY" JACKMAN Peacefully with his family by his side, Jerry passed away with dignity on Saturday, July 2, 2005 at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Oshawa. Predeceased by his daughter Janice Jackman. His memory will be forever treasured by his wife Anna, his sons Jerry Jackman Jr., Jim Jackman, Joe Jackman (Cara), James Gouldburn, Michael Gouldburn (Jennifer), and daughter Melissa Reid (Joel). Papa enjoyed time spent with his grandchildren, Adam, Cody, Nolan, Shane, Emma and Ethan. He will be remembered by his sisters Joanne Boyce (Robert) and Susan Jackman, his nephews Michael and David and his many friends. Relatives and friends will be welcomed to celebrate Jerry’s life on Thursday, July 7th from 2 �" 4 and 6 �" 9 p.m. in the Audi Lounge in the Port Whitby Marina (905-668-1900), 301 Watson Street, Whitby (Brock Street south of Highway 401). A Service will be held Friday, July 8th at 10:30 a.m. Arrangements entrusted to the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171).
