Bertha, I only met Wayne at Bridge in the Prince Albert Hall when he accompanied you a couple of times a few years ago. Our bridge games there are always friendly and social. When you introduced Wayne, you said he'd be comfortable in the card game he brought, and would enjoy the social time of just being there. Nice evenings. But I do know about you and the lovely gladiolias you used to grow (you used to whiz around on a tractor), and I visited your home durning a Garden Tour. The notice in the paper refers to Wayne as a special son. He had the pleasure of growing and living with a special family in the beautiful garden that they and Nature provided. My sympathy to you and your family on Wayne's passing. Sincerely, Georgia Brock

Dear Bertha, Gail, Arnold and family. We were really sad to hear that Wayne has passed on, and had no idea that you have been struggling with your health Bertha, as well as his during this past winter and since you arrived home. We will visit soon and please know that our thoughts and prayers are with all of you today, as always. We treasure you all as very dear old friends and although we seem never to have time to get together as we used to, we will miss Wayne as a part of your happy and loving family. God bless and we send our love - Marilyn, Tom, Mitch, Jenny and Clark
