I too was a neighbor of elaine, i have a house on the corner of division and elgin. She would pass by the house daily wearing those black sunglasses. I would kid with her on the days that she wouldn't wear them. It wasn't to many days I would not see her wearing them. I will miss those daily chit chats we had. She always seem like a happy go lucky lady. Our neighborhood is going to miss her alot. My deepest condolences go out to your family.

To Elaine Bell's family, i'am so sorry to hear of Elaine's passing, we use to live next door to her on Elgin Street, my son Matthew and Elaine where good friends,he is 12 years old, my husband Terry would see her walking down the street just pass the school on Mary Street on his way home from work, it was a hot day, and she was carrying a bunch stuff in bags, he would stop and offer her a ride home, she was very thankful for his kindness. sometimes when Matthew was on his way home from school, he would see her up the street from him on Mary ,and he would run to catch up with her, and they would walk home together and be talking away as always, they would sit on her front porch and be talking and laughing,he would tell her about his day at school, and he would ask her how her day was, sometimes he would show her his poke emon cards,or if he had new ones, then he would show her them too, and tell her what each one ment,he was very up set when i told him that she had passed way , she was a good friend to him, and he will remember her always, I just thought you should know that she touched are lives, and for that we will always be grateful, she was a special person, i wish that we could have done something to help her,are thoughs and prayers are with you all, Sincerely, Terry, Susan, Melissa, Matthew Spence

To the family members and friends of Elaine, I give my sincere condolences. As Elaine's best friend, I feel the pain you are feeling. She was a wonderful person and it was an honour to be her friend. She is in a better place now with her loved one George, her true love. She is also with her other loved one's. I will miss her dearly, but I have a feeling she is now at peace. I pray that all of the people closest to Elaine have the strength to carry on and remember her as the beautiful person I knew. Sincerely, K.C.
