To Our Friends, Ray, Leigh, Raemond and Daniel: We are sorry that we were unable to attend your grandmothers funeral, you were and are all in our thoughts during this trying time. Your grandmother who was so much a part of our lives and who treated our children as if they were her own great grandchildren, and for that we feel blessed, we will remember her for her thoughtful and caring ways, always there to lend a hand in the community and with family and friends. I don't think she realized what an impact she's made in other peoples lives. We will remember her smile the most. When she smiled she did it from within and that just made you feel that everything was right in the world. I hope she knows how much she was truly loved by all who had the honor or even a glimpse in knowing her. I guess she's gotten her Wings and now she's free to Soar. She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed. Our Thoughts and Prayers are with you.

Hi Bruce, I'm sorry I can't make it tomorrow, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I can think back to my memories of Alice and the first thing I do is smile, always on the go and doing so much for others and her community. Whenever I saw her she could always make me smile and laugh. From Applefield to the Island to her condo on the lake she was a fine lady that will be missed by all. We are all truly blessed to have known her for all those years and I'm sure up above she's dazling them all. One day we will all meet again. Yours Very Truly, Dean Jamieson

During this past week we visited the Nurseing home in P.P. but were unable to locate Alice. Neighbours suggested she was out walking the halls but we could not find her. On returning home we telephoned several times but again without success in making contact. You can imagine our distress when we received the phone call from friends at the Church of the Ascension advising that our dear friend Alice had died. When we last saw Alice after she moved to the Nursing home, we were relieved to find her so vibrant and at peace after she had made the decission to move. Alice has been a wonderful and dedicated Christian friend and we will miss her deeply. To the family we extend our deepest sympathy but rest in the knowledge that Alice is now at peace with her Lord and Saviour. Sincerely. Eric & Lilian Timms.
