Obituary of Winnifred Florence Dunn

WINNIFRED FLORENCE DUNN Peacefully, on Saturday, March 15, 2003, in Nanaimo, BC, at age 93. Winnifred (nee Owen), beloved wife of the late Glen Dunn. Loved mother of Jim Dunn and his wife Gail of Nanaimo, and Sheila and her husband Len Anderson of Christopher Lake, Saskatchewan. She will be fondly remembered by her seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, and she was predeceased by her parents Florence and Jim Owen, her brothers Glen and Bill Owen and her grandson David Dunn. Mrs. Dunn taught at Brock District High School in Cannington up until her retirement in 1972. Relatives and friends will be received at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905 985-2171) on Tuesday, March 25th from 10 - 11 a.m. A Service to celebrate the life of Winnifred Dunn will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. with Reverend Brent Stiller officiating.
