Obituary of David Jones
Suddenly, on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at his home in Port Perry, at age 88. Dave Jones, beloved husband of Donna (nee Barclay) for 68 years. Loving father of John Jones (deceased) and his wife Christine of Florida, Kathy Mansell (deceased), Paul Jones and his wife Helen of Port Perry, Sandra and her husband Jack McElroy of Peterborough, and Christopher Jones (deceased). Loved grandpa of Bradley Jones of Florida, Matthew Jones (deceased), Graham Jones and his wife Molly of Scarborough, and Merijam and her husband Rob Volpe of Pefferlaw and great grandpa of John Michael, Henry, Madeleine, and Sam. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters. He will be remembered by his nieces and many friends.
The family of David Jones will receive friends at the Port Perry Baptist Church, 2210 Hwy 7A in Port Perry on Thursday, February 1st from 10 – 11 a.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Church at 11 a.m. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert.
