Obituary of Sinclair Alexander Robertson

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sinclair at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Oshawa, on Friday, January 20, 2023, at age 86. Sinclair Robertson of Port Perry, beloved partner of Cathy Janzen. Loving dad of Anna (Robert Vanden Kroonenberg), and John Robertson (Lisa). Loved papa of Justin and Alexandra Moffatt, and Jessica, Rebeka, Katrina, and Samantha Robertson and great grandpa of nine. Dear brother of Mary Lou and her husband Jim Burnett. Dear friend and former husband of Dorothy Smith. Born on August 17, 1936, he was the loving son of the late Roy and Ethel Robertson. Sinclair was a beef farmer on the family farm for his entire life. He loved his animals, especially his late dog Ralph and his cat Angel. He was a man who enjoyed his rural life, a good story and a chat over coffee with friends, bluegrass music, and his faith. If you were looking for him or needed him, he was always out “checking on the cows.”

A private graveside service was held at the Pine Grove Cemetery in Prince Albert.
