Obituary of Robert Douglas Brown

It is with great sadness the family of Bob Brown of Saintfield announces his passing on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at age 69. Bob Brown, beloved husband of Dianne (nee Goodine) for 49 years. Proud and loving father of Casey (Erica) of Thunder Bay and Bryon (Ashley) of Dorchester. Cherished grandfather of Iyla, Chelsey, Darlynne and Lorelai. Dearly remembered by his mother-in-law Muriel Goodine. Dear brother of Mary-Ellen Brown and brother-in-law of David Goodine (Lyda) and Ed Goodine. Bob will be sorely missed by his nieces Kristin, Leanna (Josh), Kim (Eitan) and Amelia (Shawn), his great nephews Isaac and Koa and extended family and friends and fellow truckers.

The family would like to thank the wonderful staff “angels” at Ontario Shores in Whitby for making Bob’s life as comfortable as possible during his difficult journey into dementia.
