Helen (nee Mellow), beloved wife of the late Victor Stouffer of Port Perry. Dear sister of the late Marjorie Letcher and Frances Bell-Smith. Loved aunt of Anne Haddad, Jamie Bell-Smith and the late Pelham Bell-Smith.
