Obituary of Irene Train
Peacefully, on Sunday, December 27th, 2020 at Thornton View Long Term Care in Oshawa, at age 91. Irene Train (nee Mackinnon), beloved wife of the late Francis Leslie Train of Caesarea and companion of the late Ed White of Caesarea. Loved mother of Chris Train and his wife Della Sullivan-Storrier of Whitby, Denise Ward and her husband Charlie Stacy of Oshawa, Melody and her husband William Forbes of Bowmanville, and predeceased by her daughter Bonnie. Cherished grandmother of Trevor (Charlene), Ashley (David), Saxon, Preston, Billy and Alex and great grandmother of Leah, Lily, Emit and Anna. Dear sister of the late Bruce Mackinnon and the late Eva Adams. Special thanks to the staff at Thornton View Long Term Care for all of their kind words and compassionate care.
A private family gathering will be held at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Friday, January 1st, 2021 with Pastor Mary Irvine officiating.
