SOPHIE AMALIE BLYTH
Peacefully, on Thursday, August 30, 2007 at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Oshawa, 9 days after her 90th birthday. Sophie (nee Miller) of Port Perry, beloved wife of the late George Blyth (1960). Loving mother of Carol and her husband John Doyle of Nestleton. Loved grandmother of Karen and her husband Darryl Linnington of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Tracy Doyle of New York and great grandmother of Meghan Linnington. Predeceased by her sisters Elizabeth and Christine, and her brothers Fredrick, Charles and Joseph. Sophie will be missed by her nephew Richard Miller of Caesarea. The family of Sophie Blyth will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Sunday, September 2nd from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel on Monday, September 3rd at 11 a.m. with Reverend Elaine Sveet officiating.
