Obituary of Maurice "Mike" Allen

Suddenly, after a brief illness on Saturday, July 27, 2019, surrounded by family at Lakeridge Health in Ajax, at age 77. Survived by the love of his life for over 59 years, Ilse (nee Beier). Loving and devoted father of Robert (Robyn), Sherri (Rick) and Kerri (Blair). Loved grandfather of Chris (Lisa), Brady, Rebecca, Garrett (Sylvia), Dustin (Carly), Carson, Carlee and Connor and great grandfather of seven. Also special “son” Wayne.
The family of Maurice "Mike" Allen will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Thursday, August 1st from 2 – 4 p.m. and 7 – 9 pm and on Friday, August 2nd from 10 – 11 a.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Port Perry Hospital Foundation.
