WILBERT OWEN READER (WW II Veteran R.C.E.M.E., Retired from General Motors Oshawa) Peacefully, on Thursday, July 5, 2007, at the Versa Care Centre in Uxbridge, at age 83. Owen Reader of Port Perry and formerly of Caesarea, beloved husband of Ora (nee Dowson). Loved father of Bryan Reader and his partner Debbie, and Sharalyn and her husband Richard Campbell of Blackstock. Loving grandfather of Jeanette, Jocelyn, Michael, Alisa, Deryk and great grandfather of Aidan, Zachary, Kyla, and Jacob. The Family of Owen Reader will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Monday, July 9th from 7 – 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, July 10th at 11 a.m. with Reverend Karen Bursey officiating.
