Obituary of Sheri Black-Douven

SHERI BLACK-DOUVEN Suddenly, on Wednesday, July 4, 2007, at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Oshawa, at age 47. Sheri, dearly loved wife of Hank Douven. Beloved mother of Chantel Black and stepmother of Stacy and Andy Palmateer, Leah Douven and Lindsay and John Terzis. Sheri will be sadly missed by her 10 grandchildren, her brothers Brian (Lori), Brad, and Randy Gilker (Laurie), her sister-in-law Ellie, her nieces Amie and Sarah-Jean and her nephews Dennis and Benjamin. The Family of Sheri Black-Douven will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Friday, July 6th from 7 – 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel Saturday, July 7th at 1 p.m. with Reverend Dr. John Sullivan officiating.
