GARNET ALFRED PALMER Peacefully, on Sunday, April 8, 2007 at the Lakeridge Health Centre, in Oshawa, at age 70. Garnet Palmer of Oshawa, beloved husband of Bernice (nee Dowson). Loving father of Penny and her husband Jamie McFarlene of Courtice, and Jay Palmer and his wife Bern of Oshawa. Loved poppa of Tyson and Alison, Dear brother of Beryl Gilhooly and her husband Don (deceased) of Bowmanville, Neil Palmer (deceased) and his wife Anne of Oshawa. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews. The Family of Garnet Palmer will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel" 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Wednesday, April 11th, from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, April 12th, at 10:30 a.m. with Reverend Sue Genge officiating.
