Obituary of Doris Lowry

DORIS LOWRY Peacefully, on Thursday, December 28, 2006, at the Community Nursing Home in Port Perry, at age 91. Doris (nee Platt), beloved wife of the late Arnold Lowry. Loved mother of Jim Lowry of Port Perry, Tom Lowry of Sunderland and the late Leah Prentice. She will also be missed by her grandchildren and her great grandchildren. The Family of Doris Lowry will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Tuesday, January 2nd from 10 – 11 a.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. with Reverend Ross Carson officiating. Interment Mount Lawn Memorial Gardens, Whitby. If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Community Nursing Home Recreation Fund in Port Perry.
